My Mac came with a test version of Office 2004, but I tried to install an owned version of Entourage. Afterwards, I was told their were conflicts and that I should uninstall one version. I removed the test version and still received the same error message. I then removed both, emptied the trash restarted, then reinstalled the owned version of Entourage. Now when I open Entourage, I receive the following message: "This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage."
This version of the software is licensed by our hosted exchange provider and I know 100% for sure it works on my new MacBookPro, since my coworkers are running with the same configuration. What did I do wrong? Is there a way to remove my profile and start over? Any other suggestions?
