Entourage 2004, Exchange 2003 No public folder access

We have a user who is using Entourage 2004 on a Mac running 10.4.8 our
exchange is 2003 sp2 and we can not get this one particular user to
connect to the public folders. He can connect to the server with the
Exchange conduit with no problem Just hte public folders dont populate
and the settings are identical to machines that can get them . any
idea?
