Entourage 2004 & Exchange 5.5

Hi,

I;m attempting to set up Entourage on a machine but it keeps telling me I do
not have correct user details (password, account or domain). Strange since
I'm using the same information on the same machine from Outlook 2001 which
works. I;m sure I'm making some elemetary error, but can't see what. I have
been trying to set up my user as follows:

User name: <their Windows Domain ID>
Password: <their Windows Domain password>
Domain <name of the Windows Domain OR server name OR server IP address>

Anything I should do first to make contact with this machine?

Try setting up the account as an IMAP account.
