I use a blackberry server, wich only detects messages deleted on my
mailbox when it is done directly via Web Outlook, and not when done via
Entourage 2004.
When I delete messages with Entourage, it sends them to the deleted
messages folder.
When I delete the messages directly via Web-Outlook, web outlook sends
them also to the deleted messages - same folder -
To here everything seems ok, and in fact both Entourage and Exchange
work perfectly.
In fact if after deleting a mesage with entourage I access my exchange
server account via Web-Outlook, the message is stored in the same
deleted messages folder as if it was done by Web-Outlook.
For some reason, when the deleted proces is done via Entourage or via
Exhcange, something is done to the message that this movement is only
detected by the Black Berry server if it is done with Exchange, but not
if it is done with Entourage.
Is it possible that Entourage follows a diferent procedure to delete
the message via OWA than doing it directly to the Exhange Server. This
would explain why the deletion of the message is not detected by
Blackberry server.
