Entourage 2004 Exchange Problems--two accounts mixed up!

Hi,

We have a very messy situation at work whereby my work e-mail account
seems to be
scrambled with my boss's account. Techies say only solution is wipe all
6 computer s HDs
clean-think there must be a less drastic solution.

Although we get our own e-mails, MY BOSS'S calendar shows up in MY
Entourage 2004
CALENDAR view with her personal events, her Microsoft Office
Notifications popping up on
all Macs with my e-mail Entourage 2004 account on them, and MY Personal
Address Book
entries now show up in MY BOSS'S Personal Address Book on her PC
running Outlook.

Am afraid the info is scrambled on the Exchange Server. Our tech people
say the only
solution is to completely re-image all 4 Macs with my e-mail account,
re-image her PC
and my PC, and re-image the G5 Mac where both e-mail accounts reside.
Unfortunately I
have 4 college interns arriving Monday am for first day so I would have
no functioning
Macs for them to work on.

Here's the scenario:

E-mail stored on a Windows Exchange Server. Mac e-mail clients use
Enturage 2004 to
sync e-mail and other items to server.

1) I am sole user of my G4 with my Entourage 2004 e-mail account
2) I am sole user of my PC running XP with my Outlook 2002 e-mail
account
3) Intern uses G5 Mac #1 set up with MY User account (automatic logon
as me) and my
Entourage 2004 e-mail account (too many $ for own e-mail-long story)
4) My Boss is sole user of her PC running Windows XP with Outlook 2002
or 2003
5) Intern G5 Mac #2 set up with MY BOSS'S User account (automatic logon
as her), MY
BOSS'S Entourage 2004 e-mail account, and here's when trouble
started... MY Entourage
2004 e-mail account.

Think problem started when my e-mail account was added later to G5 Mac
#2 so my
interns could use/access my e-mail. We did NOT "SWITCH IDENTITIES"
before setting up
that e-mail account on G5 #2 (no alert to do so).

To try to solve problem:

1) I backed up my Personal Folders to Exchange Server
2) I deleted the following:
· MS Office 2004 on G5 #2 using "Remove Tool". It only removed Office
plists (prefs) and
stuff. Did not uninstall the programs so I manually move Office 2004
folder to the Trash
· MS Office from G5#1 (same way)
· MS Office from my G4 (same way)
· Left Office on my PC alone (do not know how to uninstall PCs)
· Left Office on MY BOSS'S PC alone (she was out of town)
· Reinstalled MS Office 2004 on MY G4, ran updates-promptly got my
Boss's Calendar
and Office Notifications Pop-ups!. Neither Word nor Entourage prompted
for an identity.

Are there other Office files stored somewhere on Mac OS X that "Remove"
failed to delete
so I could create a brand new Identity?

Any way to clean up this mess without installing all computers from
scratch?

Thanks,
Fairfax
