I use Entourage 2004 with Exchange server.
when I move the mails to a local folder, they are kept in a folder or
file called "Folders on my computer". I have two questions regarding
this.
All these mails are kept in a fine Mac HD:Users:me:Office 2004
Identities:Main Indentity
atabase
Is there a way to relocate this file to some other location, it will
make the back up easier.
Also there seems to be only one file. Is there way to keep multiple
files (like the .pst in outlook). I see this file growing pretty
fast. This will become an issue for backups. If I keep the mails in
my hard disk in multiple files it will be easier to manage. Is there
a way to do this?
