ENTOURAGE 2004 - help with deleting/ reading messages in a different order

hi all,

i am trying to figure out, where and how to adjust the settings in
entourage 2004, so when i move or delete an email it goes to the next
message.
now with the standard settings, it jumps up to the above message, but
i work in the different direction. which means, i need it to go
downwards.
(in outlook 2003 it is possible to adjust those settings)

can anyone help me on this?

Hi rocafella,

you can't set that behaviour in Entourage's preferences; however, you can
use a number of keyboard shortcuts. For an exhaustive list, click on
Help>Entourage Help and search for "keyboard shortcuts".

A quick tip, though: "option+command+[" will delete the current message and
display the *previous* message, while "option+command+]" will delete it and
display the *next* message.

Try using these keyboard shortcuts:

OPTION+Command (Apple)+[ Delete the current message and display the
previous message.

OPTION+Command (Apple)+] Delete the current message and display the next
message.
