Entourage 2004 hot sync conduit problem

all of the sudden my hot sync between entoruage 2004 and treo 600 will
not work. Tried to re-install handheld sync installer 1.0.1 and it will
nto work. The real odd ball thing is that when I go in to the hot sync
conduit settings for Entourage it will not open up to adjust the hot
sync settings...nothing happens when I double click!

All the while it says I am hot syncing but no info exchanges from the
handheld to entourage. Tried to trash conduits and reinstall - with the
same result...any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed the Entourage HotSync from the Office 2004 CD (Additional
Tools)? The previous one, and the one you download from the Mactopia site
do not work with Office 2004.

Yeah, I used the hotsync from the CD for office 2004 - funny thing is
that it shows I had a backup done but no info transfers and in the
conduit settings I can't alter the flow of data (handheld overwrites,
Mac overwrites handheld etc) double clicking or selecting and clicking
the button will not bring the dialogue box up for adjustment so I know
something is messed up.
