Entourage 2004 Hotsync problem

I installed the Entourage 2004 conduit, but when I hotsync it doesn't
work. Then when I go to conduit settings and double-click on it,
nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed everything, and I'm
stumped and frustrated. Anybody have any ideas.

Answered my own question, by searching better in Newsgroup. I
uninstalled Office X, by going to the Additional Tools folder in Office
2004.
