Entourage 2004, IMAP, Scheduled Send/Receive

Hello. I am using Entourage 2004 (11.3.6), and have discovered an issue with IMAP that I am hoping someone can offer a resolution for, or at least confirm as a known issue.

I have a single email account configured for this installation, and it is an IMAP account. I have a send/receive operation scheduled to be performed every minute. The status area in the lower right of the Entourage window shows that the scheduled send/receive is occurring, but no messages that are new on the server are being retrieved by this send/receive operation. Only when I click and hold on the send/receive button, then explicitly select the IMAP account, are messages retrieved from the server.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to have the scheduled send/receive operation successfully retrieve new messages, or tell me that this is a bug and I am out of luck, it would be appreciated.

Open up your schedule and click on "Click here for account options." Make
sure the appropriate folders are checked for synchronization.
