Entourage 2004 - Incoming Mail Problem

All,

Does anyone know why all incoming emails gets automatically sent to the
deleted items folder? It seems to be a issue with the software on the
client machine. If I use webmail to view the user's mailbox, all new
incoming emails are in the inbox versus the deleted items folder on the
client. There are no rules applied that would cause this. Any help is
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I susepct some of your rules got messed-up recently. (did you performa
database rebuild??)
Check them all and make sure they haven't changed to send messages to
the trash or to another type of account (in which case they are first
copied there then the original is moved to the trash).

Rules get sometimes corrupted. SO far I've seen that on a lot of
computers and it was always because of destination folders that had
changed in rules.
