Entourage 2004 is unable to show the other folders in my IMAP folder. It crashes.

Entourage 2004 is unable to show the other folders in my IMAP folder.
It crashes. Asks to send report to Microsoft. Then it restarts. I
cannot see files in the sent items, & other folders on the imap
server.
