Hello,
Could anyone explain to me why after installing this update using Microsoft
AutoUpdate, Entourage would revert back to it's default settings and lose
all of the messages and contacts I had stored?
It really is kind of a pain having to go back and setup all of my Email
accounts again, not to mention contacts, calendars, etc...
In the meantime, untill I figure out why this happened, I have advised my
father not to install this update. Especially since his contact list alone
has over 1,000 names for his client database.
