I'd like to add another voice to those having problems with display
text bloating and right-justifying the first time each session I view
an email with complex HTML. It is a real problem, and the work around
of turning off the display of complex HTML is not really adequate.
Despite the assertion from a support representative in an earlier
thread that 99% of all complex HTML messages are spam, I receive many
work-related messages each day that don't render correctly with the
option turned off, not to mention most of my legitimate email
newsletters. This is a real, reproducible, persistent problem that
needs a solution.

Here, here! I too have had this problem and turning off complex html is
completely inadequate . I also get several legitimate emails a day which
use complex html. Any chance for a fix??? Entourage folks... Are you
listening??

They are listening, this newsgroup is monitored by MS employees specifically
to pick up on bug reports and feature requests.

They are aware of the problem and, I have no doubt, are working on a fix.

They, obviously, can't comment on when that fix may/may not appear until
they know what the problem is and what fixing it will 'cost' in terms of
time, resources and side effects.
