Hello,
I do not have any MLM or Rules listed. I have the Junk filter set on the
second choice. I have been having some of my contacts (addresses
in my contact list) go to junk for some time. Entourage says it would never
do that. Somewhere along the way something changed and the one sender (not
in my address book)
has started showing up in my inbox and not the junk box. I can not find
anything special with any address that would cause it to go to the wrong
folder.
I am wondering if the address book in MSN has anything to do with my
problem. I'm pretty sure the contact list I have at my MSN address differs
(fewer addresses) with the address book I have in Entourage even though they
both refer to the same @msn.com address. I checked and the one contact that
shows in my inbox instead of the junk box is not in my MSN contact base
either. Any other ideas?
