Entourage 2004 not syncing complete Exchange folders

I'm having trouble getting Entourage 04 to completely sync
my inbox and sent folders. They will sync mail on the
Exchange server up to a date (not the same date in each
folder) but then stop and report that the folders are up to
date. I know this isn't the case because I've checked the
Exchange folder using Outlook on a PC. Any thoughts are
appreciated.

I had the same problem, which was particularly acute when "on the road"
using a VPN connection. My ultimate solution was to revert to Entourage X.
I have given up on 2004. It is a total bomb, as far I can see.

If there's something not working right for mail, there's something wrong
with your DAV (OWA) server settings.

Worst come to worst, you could set up your Exchange account as an IMAP
account instead - which is how X did it. But you won't get calendar or
contact synching in 2004 if you do that. Better is to get the DAV access
fixed.

I think I have it figured it out. My inbox and sent folders were just
too big. I did some archiving and now everything works fine. There
must be some file size limit.
