I just upgraded to this version for the added feature set of newsgroups. I am running Panther 10.3.4 with a PB 1Ghz and a 1.25 of RAM.

Here are my current issues:

I currently arrange all news by Subject, but this does not really give me the best view for threaded messages. Most people I see are posting things with the same subjects. Is there a normal default threaded message view like in OE for the PC.

How to download the entire newsgroup for offline use?? I cannot find it anywhere. I do travel and I will need to access these files while away from any Internet connection.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you using Entourage 2004? Entourage
2004 includes new grouping tools. Go to View > Arrange By > Edit Custom
Arrangements. Create a new arrangement, and you'll see the options for
creating threaded views. My threaded view looks like this:
Group items by: Subject
Sort items by: Sent Newest on Top
Sort items within groups by: Sent Oldest on Top
Default display for groups: Expanded

Unfortunately, Entourage does not do threading by reference, so there is no
way to see a thread like

You can create a rule to do this. Go to Tools > Rules, click the "News"
tab, and click the "New" toolbar button. Create a rule like this:
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/rules/example/rule006.html>

Now, complete headers and messages will be downloaded automatically each
time you open a newsgroup and are online.
