Entourage 2004 - Out of Office Assistant??

I've been updating our Macintosh's in my office and with OS X, we are
using Office 2004. One of the questions I'm getting is, 'where is the
Out of Office Assistant?'. I know it's in Outlook 2001, but I can't
seem to find anything like this in Entourage 2004. If there is an Out
of Office Assistant, where is it? Does anyone know the answer?? Any
help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately there is no Out of Office Assistant...

If you have an Exchange account (which you need for the OOA anyway ;-)
), you can set it up directly on the OWA server.

Here's a workaround:
If you're using Exchange Server try using Outlook Web
Access, then click on Options.

It's unbelievable that this essential feature was removed without any
documentation or explanation. It isn't in the X release either.

C'mon MS!

The feature wasn't removed, it has never existed.

If you want a server-side OOO reply, you need to use Outlook or OWA.
Entourage is capable of client-side replies, provided you leave it running.
