Entourage 2004 part downloads some attachments using exchange

Hi,

I have a weird one. A group of machines at an office download attachments sometimes and not others. You get maybe 40K of a couple of MBs.

If you flush the cache and try again, different attachments part download.

if you set up IMAP it works perfectly, as does OWA.

Anyone else seen this?

It suggests a server problem but none of the PCs are having any issues.
