Entourage 2004 print/preview Error

Also just installed Office 2004 and get no response beyond the initial
dialogue box when printing calendars. The preview box is filled with
the spinning wheel. And the pages to print seem to be
incorrect/inconsisent with the dates to be printed (e.g., 7 pages for
7 days in week view). Have tried a variety of month/week/day/list
views and date ranges to no avail. The Entourage dialogue box
disappears when I click PRINT without progressing to the mac PRINT
dialogue or producing any other results. Removing the check for the
preview box does not remedy. Entourage is printing email messages.

Hi Ginger,

Please try deleting the Printing Forms folder located in
/Users/username/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Printing Forms
