Entourage 2004 printer hang

Everytime I go to pring anything from the calendar in Entourage 2004 my
printer (all 3 of them 0 HP, Epson) hangs.

Any ideas?

Also, the print prompt comes up and then it gets stuck there. If I
leave it, it eventually comes up with 1-72 pages to print (even if I am
just printing 1 day). I can't chose anything from there - can't chose
to print pages 1-2 or anything. Any help would be great.

I repaired the printer permissions in the Disk Utility, have updated OS
X and Mircrosoft Office 2004.
