Entourage 2004 Printing Tasks problem

purchased entourage 2004 last week.
when i want to print my tasks i click the print icon above and i am
then brought to a print box for lack of a better term. inside the box i
can select a different printer, presets, style, layout, form, etc.
here is where the trouble begins. apparently the default form is Day
runner Classic (5.5 x 8.5) I would like to change it to Default (8.5 x
11). when i do entourage freezes! not printing looping endlessly but
the whole program!

The default should in fact be 8.5 x 11.

Quit Entourage. Go to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Printing Forms/

Remove that whole folder Restart Entourage. That should fix it.

If not, quit, go to ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/ and remove Entourage
Preferences and com.microsoft.Entourage.prefs.plist files. (You'll have to
reset your other prefs too.)
