Entourage 2004 quits if you change language

I already posted a message on this subject on March 3rd. No replies
from users since I think that the people that wirte e-mail messages in
different languages are obiously not so many.
Well I am one of those and need to write e-mails in 3/4 languages. My
system is mac 0s 10.3.7 in english.

Entourage 2004 (not so Entourage X) has a real BUG here, since if you
change the language (TOOLS MENU>CHANGE DICTIONARY) the application
quits. To make it even more complicated it does not always does so, but
let say 1 of 2/3 times!

Another connected issue is that in this menu only some and not all the
languages you have availabe for instance in WORD 2004 are present.

How can one report this BUG to Microsoft? I have ckicked yes when the
application ask you to report back to Microsoft but I am not sure of
what it does in this authomatic way.

Need really to be corrected.
Any help of course welcomed

You can report it here as members of MacBU do scan this newsgroup from time
to time, but also use the 'send feedback' item in the help menu in any
office app.

The crash reports go to MS, but they obviously don't contain any data that
identifies exactly what you were doing, it will highlight what routines
within entourage were being used immediately before the crash, but not your
data. I believe these reports are electronically scanned on receipt to
highlight recurrent trends, rather than analysed individually.
