Entourage 2004 recieving duplicate e-mails

A coworker is having an issue where she is recieving multiple copies
of e-mails. The catch here is that there is only one full version of
the e-mail while all the others only contain subject and recipient
list information.

She has updated to the current version of Office 2004 as well as the
surrent version of 10.3.6 OSX.

This has been discussed in a couple of places in the thread already, but
here it is again: ctrl or right click on the offending mailbox and tell it
to repair the message list. This works for me. It's annoying to have to do
it several manually all the time, but at least it's a workaround.

One suggestion that has been given for the cause of this is that the IMAP
spec allows for automatic re-downloading if a message was only partially
received, so it could be related to network issues. Apparently, Entourage
lacks the ability to automatically clean these up.
