Entourage 2004 Recurring Event on Saturday shows up on Sunday too

When creating a full-day recurring event in E2004 that should appear
every Saturday, the event also shows up on everyone Sunday. This
happens with a "weekly" event or with an "every 7 days" event.

Anyone else having this problem? Any work arounds or fixes?
