Entourage 2004: Return Receipts?

Since I¹ve only had Office 2004 for 2 days now, I haven¹t had a chance to
explore the new features. But one in particular I wanted to find out is
return receipts has it been implemented as in Outlook (where you can do it
on a per-message basis) or do we still need a separate account for return
receipts?

Yes.

Outside of an exchange environment, RR & DNR headers are so unreliable as to
be useless. They are notimplemented natively.

I don¹t disagree with the value of RR, but since the feature is available in
Outlook, I wanted to know if it is available in Entourage.

I like the option of having it without using a separate account, since you
never know if the receiving SMTP server supports RR.

You can send feedback to the developers on this issue. Use the last menu
item under the 'Help' menu - "Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will
go directly to the developers. The more people that request this feature the
more likely it is to be implemented.

For now, you can add a Disposition-Notification-To header in the Options ->
Additional Headers section of your account settings. Put
Disposition-Notification-To in the left column and your email address in the
right column.

Yes, that option was offered earlier in this thread, my final comment was a
reply to 'Da Terminators' assertion that he would still like it to be
supported.
