Entourage 2004 send mail problem

My Entourage 2004 works great with our Exchange; except in allowing me
to send email. I get Error: -18597; HTTP error. Access to the resource is
forbidden.

My Exchange maill works fine with mail.app and Outlook 2001.

Suggestions?

Attempting to send anything yields either 'Unknown Error -
17199' or 'HTTP Error. Access to the resource is
forbidden. Error -18597.'

This is probably because the e-mail address you typed in
the Exchange account dialog does not exactly match the
one the server expects. Since the addresses don't match,
it doesn't allow you to send.

I used my exchange email rather than my alias and now it
works fine. Interesting the the alias works with
everything else.
