Hi folks,
we just installed Entourage 2004 SP2 on new G5s (10.4.2), and we're
considering finally migrating from Outlook 2001. A few snags:
<1> Some, not all, subfolders in my Exchange inbox don't properly sync --
where there are several emails appearing in Outlook, there are none in the
same folder in Entourage (but all folders DO appear). Forced synch and/or
deleting cache on those folders has no effect. Rebuilding the database has
no effect. Suggestions?
<2> The Edit Message button on received messages is dimmed. Previous
versions allowed editing received messages, and Entourage help explains to
use the Edit Message button. I could not find any menu item, context-menu
item or keyboard equivalent to edit a received message. Feature or bug, and
how to get around?
<3> Due to problem #2, I go back to Outlook 2001 to edit the subject line of
a received message. The change does not show up in Entourage, even after
forced sync. Message is in the inbox. Suggestions?
