Entourage 2004 - Student and Teacher Edition

I've recently experienced crashes when attempting to open Entourage
Preferences and "Could not open that feature" - Unknown errors (16007/16008).
Uninstall/Re-installing 2004 Office:Mac didn't resolve.

Mac OS version 11.2.5

Has anyone else had this problem or suggestions?
