Entourage 2004 - Sync with Palm - delegate access

Here's another detail that is frustrating

If I am opening two other people's calendars, I have two new categories in
my calendar, one for each person.

If I want to synchronize more than one category, I have two options:

Synchronize ALL categories
or
Synchronize ALL except ONE category


I DON'T WANT THE OTHER CALENDARS TO SYNC WITH MY PALM DEVICE!!!!!

The only way I can view their calendars and sync ONLY mine, is if I set ALL
of my calendar items to ONE category and ONLY sync that ONE category.

THIS IS TOO LIMITING!!!!

Again, it would be best to use the "Send Feedback on Entourage" from the
Help menu if you want the MacBU to get this feedback.

You have a third choice.

Assign those items you want to sync a secondary category - call it
'PalmSync' or something similar. Then set the conduit to only sync that
category - this will exclude those other items without that category -
including the two 'viewed' calendars.

All entourage entities can have (almost) unlimited categories, but only the
first (primary) category is used to colour the item. Apart from that
distinction, all other categories are created equal!
