Entourage 2004 Synching Pop Up Window

I have a group of about 25 Macs all with OS X 10.3.6 and Entourage 2004.
They have all been set up exactly the same way including Entourage. Some of
the Macs get a pop up windows every now and that say Entourage is synching
with the Exchange server. It doesn't seem to be happening with all of them,
though, and I can't figure out why that is. Anybody have any thoughts on
that? I don't have a problem with it, but a couple of my users are screaming
about it.

That is probably the Progress window. Once you view it (cmd-7 or Window |
Progress), it stays open until you deliberately close it.
