Entourage 2004 Temp Folder full of huge files

I have a user who reported that Entourage was stalling and a Disk Full
error was being displayed. On investigation I found that the
Documents\MUD\Entourage Temp\ directory was full of 350Meg files
amounting to over 5gig.

Has anyone else had this???

System is running Tiger and is fully patched for OSX and Office.

It seems to be full of images that I received and "opened" in Preview.app.

But on my Tiger box, Entourage clears this folder when it quits.
