Entourage 2004 to New iPod 40

How do you transfer contacts, calendar, notes from Entourage 2004 to a
current (new) generation iPod? Apple¹s brief mention of using vCard format
sounds simple, but what is the procedure?

It's not that simple... You can use vCard to send all your data to the
Address Book app (which then can be synchronized to the iPod) but it becomes
very tedious when you want to update the entries from the ENtourage database
on a regular basis (same problem for iCal).
Personnally for the same kind of tasks, I use Paul Berkowitz's sharewares to
sync to the AB and iCal.
