I just upgraded Office X to Office 2004 Professional.
When I attempt to use Entourage to connect to my ISP and retrieve mail, the
log on process hangs with a message indicating it is trying to login with
the userid. The settings in 2004 are the same as they were in Office X.
Mail can be sent via secure SMTP but cannot be received via secure POP.
Since the upgrade left the Office X installation in place, I verified that
the account settings are the same.
Anyone else experience this error? This is with a connection to ATT.
