Entourage 2004 wont Quit - application not responding

Entourage 2004 is driving me rouind the bend - it simply wont Quit. Each
time i want to shut it down I have to force quit.

Have tried rebuliding the database, checking for duff fonts, have even
installed the newly released service pack 1 - still no joy.

Details: iBook G4 running 10.3.5, Entourage 2004 with 4 email accounts 2
pop, 1 hotmail, and 1 Exchange server.

Any suggestions? before I dump it in favour of Apple mail

Go to Tools> Schedules. Uncheck the Empty Deleted Items Folder schedule.
See if that helps.

I just get the dreaded spinning beach ball - have tried leaving it
running but give up after an hour! and used force quit intsead.

Thanks, tried it but still no luck.

Have tried re installing Office 2004, and manually setting up the
accounts rather than importing them from Office X - with no luck.
