I am trying to upgrade to Office 2004 from Office v. X. Entourage v.
X works fine, but when I try to install 2004, neither the installer
program nor the Import function will recognize my Entourage v. X
identity. It sees my old Entourage 2001 and OE 5 identities, and it
recognizes the path to where the v. X identity is, but not the
identity itself.
I have rebuilt the database, and that doesn't help. Any other
suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
