two questions. could you give me the steps to setup autosend and receive in
entourage 2004. So that every 5 minutes it will do that?

also, we get "Can not empty trash Judy's mail is Locked" what is happing and
how can we eliviate this?

Under Tools in the menu bar select Schedules. There is a default Send &
Receive schedule. Open this schedule. Add all accounts you want to include
and set the time using a repeating schedule for every 5 minutes.

Are you emptying trash in Entourage or the Finder? Do you have an IMAP or
POP account

In answer to the first question:

Go to Tools -> Accounts -> Mail and select your account. Select the "Account
Settings" tab. Ensure there is a tick beside "Include this account in my
"Send & Receive All" Schedule.
Go to Tools -> Schedules and select "Send & Receive All". Click on Edit. Add
an occurrence such as "Repeating Schedule" every "5" minutes.

Not sure on your second question. Can you tell us when this happens?
