Entourage 2004

Hello:
I have Entourage 2004 on a Macintosh running 10.3.8. I just updated my
address book
And want to update the other Mac, which are running and earlier version of
Entourage
(Entourage 10.0), with this address book. My question is, Is there an easy
Way of doing this? I have over 350 addresses.

Export the contacts to a Tab Delimited File, and import them intot he other
mac.

Or,

Drag the contacts to a desktop folder, where they will create vcs files.
Drag these files into the other entourage.
