You'd be better off consulting with your Microsoft representative about
licensing but as I recall, Entourage is included free for businesses
with full Exchange servers. However, SBS businesses must buy Office
2004. Entourage is sold only as part of Office 2004 and not sold
separately.
Would I recommend Entourage as your Mac Exchange client? It along with
Outlook 2001 (Mac OS 9) are the only Mac Exchange clients that integrate
mail, contacts and calendaring. I know of no other mainstream products
that do this. Entourage for Mac OS X is improving its Exchange support
with every update and while it may be lacking some features found in
Outlook for Windows, it's still an excellent product.
