Entourage 2008 blocking web base domain and email for this domain

just downloaded 2008 Entourage a couple of days ago in a Macbook (all is working fine) and an Imac (and all is not fine w/ the Imac)!!!

My mac.com works, my verizon.net works but my web base domain email does not work and when i go to safari or firefox i can't access my web base domain (very weird). i have checked the settings in my email account for the web base domain and it is right and set exactly the same as the MacBook.

Any ideas?? Entourage/Microsoft and Apple have not been able to correct this. i am thinking about using time machine to go back and start over!

Can you explain how you downloaded Office 2008?
