Entourage 2008... Getting rid of webloc?

J

Hey, when I used to drag and drop html addresses into an email message, it
would paste just fine. Now it creates a webloc attachment which no one can
open or read. How do I prevent that from happening? Copy /paste is too
slow...

The drag/drop URL is a Safari thing. Try a different browser and test.

Easy way is to use the Insert Safari URL script.

There are also scripts for FireFox and OmniWeb. See this blog article:

Favorite Scripts to use with Entourage Part 2

You should start with #1 in the AppleScript series to learn how AppleScripts
work and how to assign shortcuts.
