O

Hello all.

Is it possible to show more calendars alltogether in one view, like on
Outlook?

Thanks.

Unfortunately not. You can see events from multiple calendars in MyDay
though,

Hi,

no, this feature is not available in Entourage. Be sure to send your
feedback to Microsoft (Entourage>Send Feedback about Entourage).

Actually, I can only see my local calendars in "MyDay": how do I enable
it to show me calendars from other Exchange users?

Regards...

Open the Prefernecs for MyDay. In the Events tab, you can chose what
calendar to display (and you can select more than one),

Yes, that's true (I tried it). The fact is, that it's not possible to
select other Exchange users calendars because simply the don't show up
when choosing calendars... is this normal behaviour?

Thanks...

Yes.

Simply put, My Day is for _my_ day not _our_ day.

OK, then I have to accept that M$ Entourage 2008 is *quite different*
from Outlook... :-/ Sad... Exchange integration should be a bit more
useful...

You mean someone else's calendar you have delegation on??
I don't know for sure since I don't have one, but I suspect that's true,

Not delegation, instead I am owner of a colleague's calendar and I have
add it to the calendar view...

Well if it's a colleague's calendar, you are not the owner, your
colleague is. Therefore it means you only have delegation (read/write
maybe) over your colleague's calendar.
Sad... :-/

MyDay displays *your* calendars. Unfortunately for you it won;t display
other people's calendar,

Yes... so actually there's *no* way to get a simultaneous view of other
user's calendars on Entourage 2008... :-/

OK. Here's the work-a-round. Ironically, with Entourage installed you can use iCal to view all calendars. Simply allow sharing in Entourage, subscribe in iCal, and import Entourage data in iCal.

Well... I imported from Entourage but what I see is that I have *one*
calendar imported in iCal, in which I have *all* the subscribed
calendars from Entourage. What is weird is that I see all those in ONE
COLOR: any way to change it?

I am still working on that one. At least I can see all the calendars
