Entourage 2008 inbox -- second computer -- wrong number of messages

I have Entourage 2008 on two Macs. The actual number of messages in
the inbox is 4. This is what appears on one of the Macs as well as
when you check the inbox via Outlook Web Access.

However, on the second Mac, Entourage is showing 10 messages in the
inbox.

I've tried "Refresh Message List" and nothing changes.

Is there anything else I can do?

I seem to have stumbled across a solution. I went to Edit and then
Folder Properties and then cleared the cache of the Inbox. It
downloaded a fresh list from the server (just the 4 messages) and all
seems fine.
