I just installed Office 2008 and as soon as Entoruage launches it show an internal error message. It continues to loop through this same error as it checks accounts and rules. I have a pop and imap account that was in one mailbox in Entoruage 2004 I also had a lot of rules. I tried to get into the Tools menu to disable the extra account and rules but this menu seems to be broken, the sub menus don't open when navigating to them.
I have removed and reinstalled with the same problem. I see from other websites that other people are having a similar problem so I can assume that I don't have a bad install dvd. I have the student version. I had this same version in the 2004 verion of office and ran multiple accounts on one identity with many rules. What is wrong? I did follow the installation instructions and had quit all applications before installing. I am running 10.4.11 of OS
