Entourage 2008 Sent Mail not Syncing with Exchange 2003 Server

I recently upgraded my laptop to Office 2008 - and am now finding not all my sent mail syncs to the server. It shows up on my laptop but when I go to the desktop, it's gone.

I leave the machine connected - and it says its done syncing. I'll notice pieces of mail get there, but large chucks are missing.

If you view your account in Outlook Web Access (OWA) are your messages
appearing there?

When Entourage is syncing does it appear to sync for quite a while or
does it sync in just a few seconds?
