Entourage 2008 Web services and Outlook Anywhere

Found some articles on how to configure entourage 2008 with web services
to work with Outlook anywhere. Uses the WebDav protocols.

However we have installed the newly GA'd web services edition on top of 2008 and WebDav is gone.

How do i configure this to work with outlook anywhere?

I'm not familiar with Outlook Anywhere, but if it requires WebDAV, you
need to stick with Entourage 12.2.0.
