Entourage 2008 with exchange server

my mailbox was moved from exchange 2003 server to exchange 2007 server. now i
am unable to see my message. i have reconfigured my account but still the
same. pls help.

This could be for several reasons.

Your Exchange Server administrator may not have installed Legacy
Applications on the new 2007 server. Test this by opening Safari and
entering the address you're using for your Exchange Server. If you
cannot access your account using the same address then you can't use
Entourage. I have more information here:

Or you may need to adjust your Exchange Server address from:

server.example.com

to

server.example.com/exchange/[email protected]

where "[email protected]" is your E-mail address.

These are the two most common problems apart from accidentally entering
the wrong server addresses.
