entourage 2008 with SP1, does not display unread messages in folde

Hi,

Hope someone can help or I'm back to two mailers...

Accessing an imap account using entourage 2008. Since applying SP1, it
doesn't appear to be checking for unread messages in folders. Filtering is
server side (using procmail)

any ideas?

Hi donna!

In your IMAP account's settings (Tools --> Accounts... and then
double-click your IMAP account) check under the Options tab. Below the
setting for "Live Sync" do you have the option "Only connect to Inbox"
selected? If so, deselect that option.

hi bill,

I actually unsubscribed and resubscribed to all the folders and it started
to work. unfortunately, at the same time it started eating the mail in my
exchange account. it consumed all messages in all folders other than the
defaults (inbox, sent, calendar, etc).

I'm now recovering from a messy recovery (think two restores from backup
from our central services at about 4:45 on friday afternoon) and am not
willing to launch entourage again at this stage :)

I'm presuming some database corruption and now awaiting monday and a slow
recovery...
