Entourage 2008

I'm sure this is one of those "WHAT's the MATTER WITH ME?" questions... but I've been using Entourage 2008 for 15 hours and suddenly I can't "send" e-mail. I've sent at least 10 emails this morning and now when I hit send, it "compresses attachment" but the e-mail stays there. I restarted and found three of the questionable e-mail in the Draft folder. Computer is on line-I can connect to any website I want, though for some reason the " Entoruage Help" program thought I wasn't connected- something I'd bet is significant.

Be gentle with me. I'm not new at this, but suddenly feel that way.

Well, I solved this, but I'm still confused. I had three attachments, totaling less than a 1.5 Megabytes. I removed the largest file, 828 KB, then sent it separately, and it went. I didn't have a size limit on Office 2004- maybe I should, but I didn't. Can I adjust a setting or make adjustments?
