Hello,
I'm using Entourage with an Exchange Server. I'm receiving all my emails but when I try to delete my email using delete button or right clicking on it choosing delete, the email does not delete. Instead the highlight just moves up. In order to delete emails I have to move the emails to deleted items folder highlight all emails and click delete. Also I have no empty trash option under trash folder.

Please advise on what to do so I may delete emails and empty trash

You should have an "Empty Deleted Items" option when you right-click
your Deleted Items folder. Do you not have that? Are you connecting to
the Exchange Server as an Exchange account or possibly as a POP or IMAP
account?

If you use the Entourage --> Switch Identity... feature to create a new
identity and set up your Exchange account again, does the problem remain?
